Daniel Lakstins

Director of Operations The grandson of a roofer, Daniel learned the family business in his late teens. Combing this knowledge with sales skills, Daniel & his brother Joel became successful in residential roofing in his hometown of Indianapolis. He credits another roofing contractor with suggesting that he become a manufacturer's representative and now calls it his "dream job." Daniel likes to play golf when he has time and also enjoys making home brew beer.

Micah Hackney

Marketing & Panhandle Sales Marketing & Panhandle Sales Micah lives in Lubbock, Texas, and handles marketing as well as promotes sales in the panhandle region. Micah is also currently pursuing a degree is Business Administration. Micah formerly worked as an installer of Duro-Last for Systems Roofing. Micah is also an NRCA Certified Impact Resistant Roofing Professional and a member of ICSC and CSI.He enjoys basketball, football and rugby as well as watching sports.

Leah Lakstins

LEED Green Associate Director of Marketing Working as an office manager for a general contractor that specialized in single ply roofing installations sparked Leah's interest in the construction industry. In 2003 she joined Daniel in Texas to promote Duro-Last. In 2010 Leah passed the LEED Green Associate exam. Leah is a huge fan of her hometown Louisville Cardinals.

Our recent community service day in February combined roofing professionals from across the country to help disadvantaged homeowners still recovering from hurricane damage.
